You can also buy an abdominal weight bench. These are benches that are slightly declined so you can do abdominal exercises. They have rollers that you can attach to your feet to keep from sliding. A regular decline weight bench could also be used for this exercise if you are careful.
There are certain techniques that you will need to be careful to follow while working on all of these weight benches if you want to avoid getting hurt. These benches can cause you to suffer damage to the muscles, to have a pulled muscles, or you could even damage your spine. If you use the right form while lifting weights you will be able to avoid injury. Be sure to use the right form from the very beginning til the end of the work out.
