Improve Height Quickly

Exercising when you’re an adult is also very helpful. It keeps you from gaining weight, which can put additional stress on your bones. Being slender also aids in creating the illusion that you’re taller. However, it’s impossible to lengthen your bones through stretches and exercises after they’ve finished growing.

2. Diet

Your diet should be one you should also take seriously. To prevent stunted growth in the early years, one needs the right nutrients. And only the right diet provides you with the nutrients needed for proper growth–to make you taller. Calcium for one, allows you to have healthy and strong bones.

Make it point to eat healthy. Eat a balanced diet. Your diet should consist of proteins, a little of good fat and carbohydrates. Such a balanced diet will provide your body with the nutrients it needs.

3. Wardrobe

If you’re an adult and wish you were taller, there are several ways you can alter your appearance to make yourself look taller.

You can dress in dark and solid colors; or go for pinstripes. Then wear shoes with higher heels; use height enhancing insoles. Others also go for bigger shoes for a better desired effect. Bigger shoes gives the illusion that you are taller.
