How I Lost 12 Lbs of Pure Fat In 2 Weeks And Kept It Off
About 1 year ago I was at my all time high, for my weight. I had a chubby belly and didn’t like what I was seeing in the mirror anymore. Late at night when I saw my big butt in the mirror I finally decided to do something about it.
I had a lot of previous experience with being thin and I’d been very athletic before. I had a six pack and a good diet as well as training program, so I went back to the drawing board and figured that these things had something to do with it. They did.
I found a lot of fat loss programs that would be effective to get started with, but I chose to only go with diet at first. I was eating fruit smoothies which taste great, and also tried to replace some meals with these drinks. I never had to feel that I was hungry, yet I got little enough energy to lose weight.
I also decided to put an effective exercise plan into action. This was done by adding some bodyweight training and high intense interval training. I was using my body to perform push-ups and squats for example. These workouts helped boost my energy and natural metabolism.
By basically eliminating sugar from my diet I was able to start dropping off pounds quickly. I also removed as much fried food and fatty foods as possible. I basically only took in veggies and those healthy juices I mentioned…
When I combined this with the workout plan I finally started to see some results. It only took about 2 weeks to lose a total of 12 lbs, about 5 kg! I was so happy to see the weight come off that fast that I decided to keep going with the system.
Since my successful weight loss about a year ago I’ve maintained my weight to the best of my ability. I’m not moving to much in weight and the routine I have isn’t too hard to do, I’m very happy with the overall results and the program I’m using!
